The Family Concierge is a personalized service for families who are staying in The Reserve. Families who are staying at Family Concierge Suites have a private registration area, especially equipped rooms and daily concierge service. Te Concierge will be available by a walkie-talkie that is handed in at your arrival. He can help you plan and coordinate any activity.

Guests staying at Family Concierge Suites have the same access to the same facilities and amenities than the rest of the guests, but they also offered some extra amenities.
